Because the level of a hormone called human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in the body increases rapidly during the first two weeks of pregnancy, the test kit can detect the presence of this hormone in your urine as early as the first day of your missed period. The test kit can accurately detect pregnancy when the HCG level is between 25mlU/ml and 500,000mlU/ml. The test reagent is exposed to urine, which is allowed to migrate through the absorbent test kit. The labeled antibody-dye conjugate binds to the HCG in the sample to form an antibody-antigen complex. This complex binds to the anti-HCG antibody in the test zone (T) and produces a red line when the HCG concentration is equal to or greater than 25mlU/ml. If HCG is not present, no line will appear in the test zone (T). The reaction mixture continues to flow through the absorbent device, passing through the test zone (T) and the control zone (C). The unbound conjugate binds to the reagent in the control zone (C) to produce a red line, indicating that the test kit is functioning properly.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Urinate into a clean, dry cup or container.
2. Remove the test cassette from the foil pouch and familiarize yourself with the product.
3. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 full drops of urine (approximately 120ul) to the specimen well of the test cassette, and then start the timer. Avoid trapping air bubbles in the specimen well.
4. As the test cassette begins to work, you may notice a light colored flow moving across the test line region (T) and control line region (C) on the test cassette. Read the result at 3 minutes. If no colored line appears, wait 1 minute longer. Some positive results may be observed in 1 minute or less depending on the concentration of hCG. Do not read the result after 10 minutes.
